Every client of ours has an account on the portal, at no charge. From there they open a support request, see the history of their requests and the services they have active. You do not need to remember which email you wrote to last year.
The difference from the paid tiers is one and it is clear. On the free portal you see and you ask. On the paid tiers we take on the website and have a contractual obligation to intervene.

The saving is calculated, not rounded upwards. Across all twelve combinations it comes out between 19% and 21%, at both prices.

Do I have to take all of them?
No. Each service stands on its own and is invoiced separately. The bundles exist because most websites need them together, and then they come out roughly 20% cheaper.
Why are there two prices on every tier?
The second price applies to websites we already host. It is not an introductory offer, it is a permanent hosting privilege: when we know the infrastructure, our work is less and we pass that on to you.
What is the difference between MS-Tools and support?
MS-Tools tells you what happened. Annual support takes it on. With MS-Tools the alert reaches you and us, but there is no obligation to intervene. On the paid support tiers, intervention is a contractual obligation. One exception that always applies: if the cause is ours, for example a problem on our server, we step in anyway.
Do they work on a website you do not host?
Yes, all four. The price is the first of the two, and in some cases one extra configuration step per website is needed, which we verify before telling you that you are fine.
How do I buy them?
Online in the e-shop: pick a service or a bundle, enter your website and we activate them for you. If you would rather talk it through first, send us the website’s address and what interests you.
