Open the lesson page and the roster is there, in correct Greek and with the correct gender: Παρών, Παρούσα. With footnotes where needed: unprepared, did not study, forgot the books.
A grade book that pays attention
Ready-made assessment types, and a warning when a grade deviates from the student’s history. So the mistake is caught before it reaches the parent.
Syllabus and homework, fast
Class books and "what we covered" in a few moves, even with voice entry in Greek. You write by speaking.
Classes close on their own
Set an end date and the class closes when it passes. Useful for intensive and summer courses.

Installation and training.
From 4Schools or from another program.
Spoken conversation practice and pronunciation assessment. Charged only for the students who use it, typically the exam classes, not for the whole school. Fair use limit of 20 minutes a month.
Support
Support through the ticketing system is included in the price. For telephone support there are prepaid packs of hours, excl. VAT, and every call consumes 15 minutes from the pack.
The Provider’s units, the only extra cost
The LogicInvoice account is included in the price, so you do not pay the 144€ excluding VAT a year that its own subscription costs. What you do pay for are the units of the certified e-Invoicing Provider, because by law they are issued to your own tax number. You buy them in a few clicks from inside LogicInvoice.
For reference: 1,050 retail receipts a year cost 100€ excluding VAT, that is 124€ with VAT 24%.

What is MS-Nous?

When will it be available?
From 1 January 2027. Until then you can request a demo and join the early access list.
How much does it cost?
One price, €4.49 per student per year, excl. VAT. It includes all features, the Mentor assistant, the invoicing bridge to myDATA, use on mobile (PWA) and unlimited users. Installation and training cost a one-off €150. There are no plans and no tiers: the same product, at the same price, for small and large centres.

Will my teachers struggle with it?
The flow is built for speed: attendance in one click, voice entry, ready-made templates. It is learned in a day, and installation includes training.
Can I bring my data across?
Yes. There is bulk import of students and classes, and we take on migration from 4Schools or from another program, by arrangement.
Does it issue invoices?
Collections pass over a bridge to LogicInvoice and from there to myDATA, with the school as the issuer. The LogicInvoice account is included in the price, worth 144€ excluding VAT a year. The only extra cost is the units of the certified e-Invoicing Provider, which by law are issued to your own tax number and are bought from inside LogicInvoice. For reference, 1,050 retail receipts a year cost 100€ excluding VAT, that is 124€ with VAT 24%.
Who sees what?
Every role has its own permissions. The teacher sees only their own classes, the front desk what concerns it, the parent only their own child.
What does artificial intelligence do in MS-Nous?
Mentor lives inside the platform and works beside the teacher: it gives ideas for a creative lesson, corrects essays, prepares a student progress report and announcements to parents. It also works as a teacher available around the clock for the student. It helps, it does not replace the educator.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no separate app on the App Store or Play Store. MS-Nous is a Progressive Web App (PWA): it installs from the browser onto the home screen of your phone or tablet and opens like a normal app, at no extra charge and with no second version to keep updated.
