Attendance in one click
Open the lesson page and the roster is there, in correct Greek and with the correct gender: Παρών, Παρούσα. With footnotes where needed: unprepared, did not study, forgot the books.
A grade book that pays attention
Ready-made assessment types, and a warning when a grade deviates from the student’s history. So the mistake is caught before it reaches the parent.
Syllabus and homework, fast
Class books and "what we covered" in a few moves, even with voice entry in Greek. You write by speaking.
Classes close on their own
Set an end date and the class closes when it passes. Useful for intensive and summer courses.

Mentor, beside the teacher
Mentor is an optional add-on for the whole school, and it lives inside MS-Nous, in the flow of daily work. It corrects essays and prepares reports and exercises for the teacher. For the student, it is study help around the clock.
It uses artificial intelligence, in Greek, but the teacher always stays in control. It has a monthly usage limit in line with the number of students; if that runs out, it carries on with a simpler model at no extra charge.

What is MS-Nous?
It is management software for tutoring schools, language centres and private schools, which brings the student register, classes, electronic attendance, the grade book, communication with parents and collections into one place, with a smart assistant, Mentor, beside every teacher. It is built entirely in Greek and for the Greek market.
When will it be available?
Soon. Until then you can request a presentation and, if it suits you, use it as a pilot, free of charge until release.
How much does it cost?
The base costs 1.99 EUR per student per year, with a minimum of 149 EUR per year, excluding VAT. It covers the whole platform for every role: teachers, front desk and parents are not charged separately. Mentor is an optional add-on, 2.49 EUR per student per year, for the whole school. Invoicing through LogicInvoice costs nothing; you only pay the provider units. For example, a school with 120 students pays 238.80 EUR a year for the platform, or 537.60 EUR with Mentor, excluding VAT.

Will my teachers struggle with it?
The flow is built for speed: attendance in one click, voice entry, ready-made templates. It is learned in a day, and one online training session is included at no charge.
Can I bring my data across?
Yes. We set it up and migrate your student register at no charge, from 4Schools or from another program. There is also bulk import of students and classes.
Does it issue invoices?
Collections pass over a bridge to LogicInvoice and from there to myDATA, with the school as the issuer. Using LogicInvoice is free, with no provider registration fee. You only pay the certified e-Invoicing Provider units, at its price list, because by law they are issued to your own tax number. MS-Nous works fully without it too.
Who sees what?
Every role has its own permissions. The teacher sees only their own classes, the front desk what concerns it, the parent only their own child.
What does artificial intelligence do in MS-Nous?

Is there a mobile app?
There is no separate app on the App Store or Play Store. MS-Nous is a Progressive Web App (PWA): it installs from the browser onto the home screen of your phone or tablet and opens like a normal app, at no extra charge and with no second version to keep updated.
