An annual subscription for one site, the one you declare. It renews automatically every twelve months, with a new charge and a new invoice. You can cancel whenever you like and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, they never expire, and you can see them in Support.
Hours are credited immediately. Per-site services are switched on after the payment is confirmed, and for the installation we contact you within two working days.
Prices are shown including VAT 24%. The exact amount is calculated again on the payment page, based on the billing details you provide.
Issued electronically through a certified Electronic Invoicing Provider and sent by email. If you provide a VAT number, an invoice is issued.
For now we sell only to billing addresses in Greece.
