Electronic invoicing in full compliance with AADE’s myDATA, with smart checks that guide you at every step. You issue documents from anywhere, with nothing to install, and they are transmitted automatically through a certified e-Invoicing Provider.
It replaces the cash register and the fiscal device (FIMAS), with no extra hardware to buy. Every document carries the AADE marks (MARK, UID, QR).

LogicInvoice does not wait for you to make a mistake. It tells you what is missing from the document, what ought to be there, watches your transactions and warns you if something looks odd, before issuing.
Smart assistant
Give an instruction ("invoice X as usual") or upload a photo of an invoice or a handwritten order, and the assistant prepares the draft. It also answers questions like "who owes me" or "how much VAT did I issue this quarter". It always prepares a draft; the issuing is yours. It runs on units, shared across the whole MS-Logic ecosystem.

The client orders over the phone, you write it on a piece of paper. A photo to the assistant, and the draft is ready with client, items, VAT and payment method.

Assistant units, shared across the ecosystem
The assistant runs on units, and your balance is one balance for all of MS-Logic. Whatever units you have, you spend them where you want: today in LogicInvoice, tomorrow in Ekkremés, the day after in MS-Finance. One account, one balance.
20 monthly units
Every LogicInvoice subscription gives 20 units a month, renewed automatically. They are valid within the month and do not carry over to the next.
Purchased units
If you need more, the extra packs never expire. They stay in your balance until you use them, in whichever app you like.
Your balance is always visible: how many monthly, how many purchased, when they renew. The e-Invoicing Provider’s units are an entirely separate thing and concern the transmission of documents to AADE.
Every myDATA document type
Sales and service invoices, retail receipts, credit notes, delivery notes, acquisition titles. Issued and transmitted with MARK and QR code, through a certified e-Invoicing Provider.
A dashboard that means something

It replaces the fiscal device (FIMAS) with no extra hardware to buy, with built-in POS connection.

The Provider’s units, the cost the plans do not show
Every document sent to myDATA passes through a certified e-Invoicing Provider and consumes units. By law the units are issued to your own tax number, so you pay for them, separately from the subscription. You buy them in a few clicks from inside LogicInvoice.
For reference: 525 invoices or 1,050 retail receipts a year cost 100€ excluding VAT, that is 124€ with VAT 24%.
The Provider’s units have nothing to do with the assistant’s units, which are included in the plans.
Add-ons
Vehicle logging in AADE’s Digital Client Registry, with the invoice MARK linked automatically. For vehicle workshops, and soon for car washes, car parks and rentals. An independent add-on, activated from inside the app.
