This Privacy Policy describes how MS-Logic (Michael Siaterlis) collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide through the mslogic.gr website.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, and any information you include in your message. Additionally, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be collected automatically through analytics tools, for statistical purposes.

How we use the data

The data you provide is used exclusively to respond to your request and to communicate with you regarding our services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

AI assistant (chatbot)

The website provides an AI assistant (chatbot) to help you. Conversations with the assistant are recorded and stored in order to improve the service, support your request and for statistical analysis. Please do not share sensitive personal data through the assistant. If you leave contact details within the conversation, they are used to get in touch with you. You can request the deletion of your conversations by contacting info@mslogic.gr.

Retention period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain our communication, or until you request its deletion.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@mslogic.gr.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies, and does not pass browsing data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Traffic statistics. We use Umami, a statistics tool we host on our own infrastructure within the EU. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. What is recorded is anonymous and aggregate: which pages were viewed, from which country, and which source the visit came from.

Functional. If you sign in to your MS-Logic account, a cookie keeps the session state so that the ecosystem applications recognize you. In addition, your browser stores locally (localStorage) an identifier for your conversation with the assistant and your sound preference. These stay on your device.

Spam protection. The contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission is not automated.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or clear local storage at any time. This may affect the sign-in state; everything else works normally.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
