You think the first impression starts when someone enters your site.

Wrong. It has already started, long before they click the link.

By the time they reach your homepage, the potential customer has already seen five or six things about you. And if those signal neglect, they’ll never click to see how nice your site is on the inside.

The Google result nobody takes care of

Type your business name into Google and look at what comes up.

Does the title make sense, or is it something like «Home | Home»? Below it, is there a clean description that makes you want to click, or a random sentence cut off in the middle?

That little box is your poster on Google. Most people have never touched it, and they lose clicks from people who already found them.

Send your site to a friend on Messenger or WhatsApp.

Did a nice image appear, with a title and description? Or did a bare link arrive, with no image, nothing?

Every time you share your site without a proper preview, it looks cheap. And cheap doesn’t inspire trust, especially when you’re trying to close a deal.

How you look on the phone of someone seeing you for the first time

I don’t mean whether it «opens» on mobile. I mean the first screen, the first second.

Does someone immediately understand who you are and what you do? Or do they see a confusing logo, a menu that won’t tap and text they have to zoom in on?

The first screen on mobile is your handshake. If it’s weak, the rest of the conversation never happens.

The small signals that say «these people don’t pay attention»

A missing icon in the browser tab. An address that still says «not secure». Photos that are blurry or taken from somewhere else.

Nobody comments on them out loud. But everyone feels them. And they add up to a single thought: «they’re probably not very serious».

The impression is built before the visit

Your site might be perfectly fine on the inside. But if everything someone sees before entering looks sloppy, they’ll never enter to discover it.

These points are small, invisible to the owner and almost always neglected. And yet, they decide whether you get the chance or not.

See how you appear «from the outside»

You don’t have to guess what impression you make before they see you.

Send me your business and I’ll look at how you appear on Google, on social and on mobile, that is, everything a customer sees before they reach you. I’ll tell you, with no obligation, what weakens your first impression and what’s worth fixing first.
