Over time, MS-Logic grew a family of tools: an AI-powered organization platform (Ekkremés), a finance tool (MS-Finance), a support system (Support Portal), an invoicing app (LogicInvoice) and more.

Each one started out separately. And somewhere along the way, a problem appeared that you might recognize from your own experience with digital tools: a different account for every app. A different email, a different password, a separate sign-in every time.

We decided to solve it at the root.

One door for everything

Today, you sign in to MS-Logic once. With a single account you have access to all the tools you use, and you choose which ones to activate. Just like signing in once to your account and having email, calendar and files together, exactly that.

Sign in once, you’re in everywhere. Sign out once, you’re out everywhere. No remembering five different passwords, no registering over and over.

Why we didn’t take the easy road

The quick way would have been to throw everything into one shared pot. We rejected it, and the reason concerns you directly.

We chose for each app to stay independent and isolated, with its own data in its own space. That way, a problem in one app doesn’t touch the others. Your financial data doesn’t get tangled up with your support requests. Each piece stands on its own, yet you experience it as one unified, coherent system.

It’s the difference between “looking unified” and “being properly built from the inside”. The second takes more work, but it’s what keeps your data safe and the system reliable.

In our own home

At the same time, we moved the entire infrastructure onto our own servers. We no longer depend on third-party cloud services for your tools to work.

That means greater control, stability and independence, and a system we know down to its last detail. When something needs attention, we don’t wait for anyone: we handle it ourselves, right away.

How we did it, and what that says about us

It wasn’t a rushed, sweeping overhaul. It was a series of careful, gradual steps, with one rule throughout: don’t break anything that already worked. Every change was tested and confirmed before the next one moved ahead.

And every time something didn’t go as expected, the approach was always the same: stop, see what’s really happening, and fix the root, not the symptom.

That’s exactly how we work on every project: methodically, with attention to detail, and with respect for what already works.
