## Service pricing (indicative, excluding VAT)

- Website development: from 450 EUR for a simple presentation site. A complete corporate site typically 1,000 to 1,200 EUR. An e-shop or custom application can exceed 3,000 to 4,000 EUR.
- Delivery time: from 1 week for a simple site, 4 to 8 weeks for complex projects.
- Web applications: from 450 EUR for a simple automation, 3,000 to 4,000 EUR and up for a custom application with integrations.
- SEO: 600 to 1,500 EUR, one-off project.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): 900 to 1,800 EUR, one-off project.
- Google & Social Ads: campaign setup from 150 EUR, one-off. The advertising budget is paid directly to the platform.
- Social media management: 150 to 300 EUR per month.
- Hosting: 75 to 250 EUR per year, across five plans. Domains charged separately at registrar cost.
- Maintenance & support: a free support portal tier, then 179 to 1,199 EUR per year per website (129 to 949 EUR if we host the site), including sites built by other developers, after an initial audit.

- LogicInvoice (https://mslogic.gr/logicinvoice/) - the smart invoicing system for Greek businesses. Installable as a PWA on phone or desktop, with no app store and a single always-current version. Issues all standard documents, transmits them to AADE myDATA through a certified Electronic Invoicing Provider, connects to POS, and includes a smart assistant that prepares drafts from a command or from a photo of a supplier invoice or handwritten order. The user always issues the document. Standard 144 EUR/year, Pro 240 EUR/year. Each subscription includes 20 monthly assistant units.
- Ekkremés (https://mslogic.gr/ekkremes/, app at https://ekkremes.mslogic.gr) - a Greek-built task and project management tool for accountants, lawyers, engineers, real estate agents, freelancers, small offices and teams of 2-20. Live, with an Enterprise organization in production. A smart assistant answers from the user's own data, creates tasks and whole plans in natural Greek, and proposes a day plan within the user's working hours (the user approves). Quick add understands Greek dates, times, priority and contacts. The Doorkeeper chases client documents and the Collector chases payments, both on their own. The Opportunity Radar scans KIMDIS and Diavgeia daily, the GEMI Radar tracks changes to client company files, and the ESPA Grant Hunter (Premium) surfaces relevant funding calls. Ready-made Greek Playbooks for accountants, lawyers, engineers and real estate agents, an Agency Leads section with two pipelines, VAT number lookup from AADE, CalDAV calendar sync, a full Telegram command centre, document generation to PDF, approval with evidence (strong evidence of consent, not a qualified digital signature), planner with Day, Kanban and Calendar views, a 360 Client Card giving one screen per client with open tasks, total and unbilled time, waits, files, average response time and budget progress (available on the free plan), project groups for organising projects with color, counters and one-click filtering (all plans, distinct from team collaboration which is about people), time tracking with an hourly rate per client or project and configurable rounding, the Billing Collector that turns unbilled time into a LogicInvoice document in one click, retainers per client with an amount, a frequency and an issue day, issued automatically with a dry-run preview the first time, an "Invoice it" bridge into LogicInvoice, a read-only Client Portal, team collaboration, morning email and deadline reminders. Advisories (deep analysis of PDF, Word, Excel and image documents) are a separate pool, available on Premium and Enterprise. Free, Pro 7.50 EUR/month, Premium 17.50 EUR/month, Enterprise 15 EUR/seat/month (all incl. VAT).
- MS-Finance (https://mslogic.gr/ms-finance/, app at https://finance.mslogic.gr) - a PWA for personal and business finance management, for individuals, households and freelancers. Photograph a receipt and the assistant reads amount, date and store and prepares the transaction (the photo is never stored). Voice entry, natural-language questions answered with the user's real numbers, auto-categorization rules, subscription detection for forgotten recurring charges, net worth tracking, a debt payoff planner (snowball vs avalanche), cash flow forecasting, budgets and goals, bank import profiles for Greek CSVs with duplicate protection, PIN/biometric lock. From 2.40 EUR per month excluding VAT, 7-day free trial. No Open Banking: transactions are imported from files.
- MSProperty (https://msproperty.gr) - a multi-tenant SaaS platform for short-term rental management, with channel manager, dynamic pricing, automatic per-property booking sites and myDATA/AADE tax integration.
- Support Portal (https://support.mslogic.gr) - ticketing with a smart assistant that triages, categorizes and drafts answers with a human in the loop, plus customer self-service management of their own products, services, domains and subscription renewal dates. Customers can open tickets with or without an account.

## Coming soon

- MS-Nous (https://mslogic.gr/ms-nous/ , product site https://msnous.gr) - a Greek management platform for tutoring schools and foreign language centers (φροντιστήρια and ΚΞΓ). Available October 2026, not yet released. Student registry, classes, one-click electronic attendance, grading with deviation warnings, syllabus and homework, parent and student portal, per-user roles, Greek voice input, mobile app, and fee collection with a bridge to AADE myDATA through LogicInvoice with the school as issuer. Includes Mentor, a smart assistant that suggests lesson ideas, corrects essays, prepares progress reports and acts as a 24/7 tutor for students. One price for everything: 4.49 EUR per student per year excluding VAT, plus a one-off 150 EUR setup and training fee. No plans, no tiers. Optional voice bundle (conversation practice and pronunciation assessment) at 23.99 EUR per student per year, charged only for the students who use it, with a 20 minutes per month fair-use limit. Migration from 4Schools or other software by arrangement.
- MS-Consent (https://mslogic.gr/ms-consent/) - the MS-Logic cookie consent tool. Live and in production since August 2026. Three annual plans per website, prices excluding VAT: Basic 59 euro, Professional 99 euro, Max 149 euro, one-off setup 49 euro. For websites already hosted by MS-Logic the same plans are 29, 59 and 99 euro and setup is free. No pageview limits and no subpage counting: the price is fixed per site per year. It shows a discreet consent banner at the bottom of the page, keeps trackers (Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, embedded video) frozen until the visitor accepts, and stores each choice as an anonymous record of what was accepted and when, with no name, email or personal data. A permanent privacy button at the bottom left lets the visitor change their mind at any time, which is the Article 7(3) GDPR requirement. Greek and English, switching automatically on English URLs, on mobile and desktop. Installed with two lines of code at the top of the page and works on any website, WordPress, Wix or custom, not only on sites we host; configuration is done centrally by us. Two honest limits: no tool makes a site owner "100% legally covered", final responsibility stays with the site owner and MS-Logic does not give legal advice; and freezing trackers on a site we do not control needs one extra per-site configuration step, which we confirm before telling a client they are compliant.
- MS-Writer - in development, no public details yet.

## Ecosystem

- One account: a single sign-in for Ekkremés, MS-Finance, LogicInvoice and the Support Portal.
- One balance of assistant units, shared across Ekkremés, MS-Finance and LogicInvoice. Buy once, spend anywhere.
- Monthly units included in a subscription are valid within the month and do not carry over. Purchased add-on packs never expire.
- MS-Finance grants no monthly units: its assistant runs on purchased packs only.
- Organizations have a shared pool owned by the organization owner, with per-member consumption limits and usage analytics.
- Payments through Stripe. Every purchase issues a legal invoice (AADE myDATA).
- Data hosted in the EU, no ads, no trackers, full data export.
